This is hand cream as opposed to skin cream.

The skin cream is really good for face, lips, knees and elbows and general all over body cream rather than just hands. It's a slightly different consistency to the hand cream.

I have just noticed that the ebay outlet is also selling a 200ml body cream for just under £10 delivered but I have never tried this.

Thanks so much OP for a fabulous find!! I bought this hand cream a few years ago and it was the best I had ever tried. So good that I've just bought one for me and another 4 to put in with Christmas presents. I've also bought myself the body cream and another one to go with the hand cream for a Christmas present. The 2 of these would currently cost £51 in Debenhams so I'm soooo delighted with this purchase!! :T
