Theoretically yes, although whether you will find someone who will provide one is another matter. What you won't be able to do is start one using a pension fund unless you are at least 55.0

Google "Purchased life Annuities". These in theory can provide a lifetime income from any age though as Shimrod says you cant fund it from your pension which can only be used from 55.0
