Missed Special Delivery before 1 pm

Today I missed a special delivery from royal mail. It's for a letter which requires signature. I wasn't at home so they left a card and I have arranged to collect it from post office.
I am just wondering what it could be? I am not expecting anything from anywhere. I don't play lotteries and have not registered anywhere except NS&I bonds and Halifax Prize Draw. I checked NS&I website and I have not won anything. Does it mean I won something from Halifax?
