Hi, does anyone have this book? I borrowed it from the library (over and over) but had to return it :(

It is on my wish list so I'm hoping it will show up towards the end of next month but in the meantime, I really really want to make Penang Moo tonight but I've lost the recipe I copied from the book. I've found a version of the recipe online but it isn't exact as the person has substituted ingredients in the paste.

Does anyone have a copy of the book and if so please, please could you look and let me have the ingredients list for the paste (I don't need the method) and the ingredients for the actual curry (particularly how many kaffir lime leaves go into the curry and how many for garnish).

Thank you (if you can't be bothered I completely understand :D). If you have got the book I can highly recommend the recipe. It's a really addictive curry! The bhuna is great too - try it with beef shin.

I'm off to soak some chillies just in case. Always the optimist!

Yes, that's the one I found but it has substitutions for some of the ingredients. I've found another one for the paste but again, it's not quite the same. Thanks for looking though :D

Thank you! I found the paste recipe online eventually which was almost the same but the quantities had been messed with a bit. I made it from that and it was nice but not as good as before. I'm going to defrost more galangal and make a load of paste up now you've given me the exact recipe.

    Thank you very much!
