I'm I entitled to interest for a refund?

Hi,
I'm new on this site and I hope I can get answers to some of my questions.
Here is one:
I have a cover for a washing machine and I'm paying by DD. After sometime, I decided to cover my fridge with the same company and currently I have 2 DD for 2 different products. Recently I called the insurer to ask them for a discount and also to make only one DD instead of 2. I was shocked to find out that in reality, my fridge was not being covered and I was actually paying the second DD for the washing machine and not for the fridge. So basically for almost 2 years they double charged me. They said they will send me a letter and that letter will contain the amount they will be refunding.
My question is am I entitled to ask them for interest on this? If so, how much?
Thank you,
Regards, Alex.
