COC what do I need to send??

Hi

Just a quick question - I am looking at moving in the next couple of months. I have an IPA which is dealt with my moonbeever.

I know that when I do move I will have to submit a new SOA to them, but was wondering what else they will require - will I have to send tenancy agreement proof of bills etc.

If so, what do I do if gas and electric are on meters and not billed??

Thanks

If so, what do I do if gas and electric are on meters and not billed?? I take it you mean pay as you go?

    Thanks

Yes - I know some private rented places have card meters where you top up the card
