How to enter:

1) 'Everyday Is Pay Day' runs between 7th January 2013 and 4th February 2013 whilst '[STRIKE]Everyday Is Pay Day BONUS' runs between 7th January 2013 and 14th February 2013 on 102.5 Clyde 1.[/STRIKE]

2) Registration for 'Everyday Is Pay Day' will open at 0000 on Monday 7th January and will close at 0730 on Monday 4th February 2013 whilst [STRIKE]entries for 'Everyday Is Pay Day BONUS' will be taken from 0000 on Monday 7th January until 1800 on Thursday 14th February.[/STRIKE]

3) The chances of winning 'Everyday Is Pay Day' may be higher if an entrant registers earlier in the registration process.

4) In order to be eligible to play the competition entrants must be registered and have their own unique payroll number. Entrants may not play on behalf of other individuals or in syndicates.

5) Entry for 'Everyday Is Pay Day' is by a SMS text and will cost 25p plus standard network rate and all entrants will be sent a unique payroll number by text bounce-back. [STRIKE]Entry for 'Everyday Is Pay Day BONUS' is also by SMS text but will cost £1 plus standard network rate.[/STRIKE]

6) To register to enter for 'Everyday Is Pay Day' text PAY to 87474 (25p plus standard network rate), entries will be restricted to 1 entry per MSISDN (mobile number). [STRIKE]To register for 'Every Day Is Pay Day BONUS' text BONUS then the answer to the question (see below) to 87474 (texts are £1 plus standard network rate).[/STRIKE]

The EveryDay Is Pay Day Competition (points 7 to 13):

7) A unique payroll number will be selected at random by the 102.5 Clyde 1 production team each day from Monday 21st January 2013 until Monday 4th February 2013 between 8am and 9am, Monday to Friday, (the 'Competition Period') and announced on air along with a multiple choice question which the player will need to answer when called back.

8) Shortly after the on-air announcement, the presenter will call the mobile number linked to the unique payroll number. To be eligible to win, the registered entrant must answer their phone before the sixth ring. If there is a non-standard ringtone the phone must be answered within the on air presenters' best estimate (in their discretion) of what would be the duration of time before the sixth ring.

9) If the entrant answers the phone in time, they must then correctly select the answer on-air from the multiple choice question when prompted by the presenters. The multiple choice question will be announced by the presenters shortly after 8am during the morning radio show and will not be repeated while the caller is on the air. This means that entrants must listen to the morning radio show and listen out for each day's competition question. If the entrant correctly answers the multiple choice question on-air they will win the Prize (described below) for that day.

10) If these terms are not complied with or a selected entrant incorrectly answers the multiple choice question, then the Prize will not be won and another payroll number will be randomly selected approximately one hour later and the mechanic repeated until a daily winner is found.

11) If no winner is found before 6pm on a particular day the next round will continue with the same question the following morning of the Competition Period at 8am.

12) The prize will amount to £2000 (the 'Prize') although 102.5 Clyde 1 reserves the right to increase this daily amount, and, subject to compliance with these terms and conditions shall be paid to the winner by electronic bank transfer (CHAPS) on the same day or the following weekday depending on the time that the prize is won. 102.5 Clyde 1 reserves the right to make the prize payment by an alternative means should electronic bank transfer not be possible for any reason. Under these circumstances payment will be made by cheque and sent to the address the winner provides within 28 days of the date of the particular win.

13) Entrants can only play the Competition once during the Competition Period - If an entrant has been selected at random and their unique payroll number has been announced on air during 'Everyday Is Pay Day' they will be ineligible for any future selection and the entry will be removed (notwithstanding any failure to win a prize or failure to answer the presenter's call).

19) By submitting the information requested for participation in the promotion, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information by us or our service providers on behalf of us for the purposes of (i) our internal use to facilitate administration of the Competition, (ii) to allow us or our service providers on behalf of us to provide you with information regarding other competitions or promotions; and/or (iii) the purposes set out in our Privacy Policy.

20) Entrants must be over 18 and UK resident.

21) Entrants must be able to provide photographic ID (passport or UK driving licence) and proof of residential address (e.g. Utility Bill or Bank statement)
