mortgage - interest only or offset?

I am 61, retired and I own my home outright. I have been looking at selling and putting down a 46% deposit on a £160,000 flat which would require a mortgage for the rest to be payed back over 20 years. I have used the online calculators to work out an interest-only mortgage but I'd also like to know if an offset one would be better. I have a monthly pension and have savings. Is there such a thing as an interest-only offset mortgage and would my age exclude me from either of the above?
I have found the calculator a problem to work out an interest-only offset mortgage as there seems to be an assumption that there is already an outstanding mortgage on my home which is not the case.

So many questions!!
You are retired and aged 61 but you want a mortgage over 20 years which would not be paid off until you are 81 First problem.
You own your own home outright ( what is it worth ? )
Lenders are not keen on Interest Only mortgages right now and how would you pay it back when you are 81 and living on a small pension ?
Do you have money to OFFSET your offset mortgage ?
You need to speak to a " whole of market mortgage broker"
