Perhap be more selective with your entries.
Try and find some comps which need a little research to enter, or a slogan, caption, or something local to you were less people enter,
Or one with a lot of r/u prizes to help motivate you,,,,,,,,,,,,

    Good Luck

Lots of good advice here already, but also enter for competitions for smaller things like DVDs too. It's the smaller wins that keep you going in between the bigger ones.

Think postively and enter the compettions that you really want to win. Captions, slogans and tie breakers tend to get less entries and therefore you have more chance of winning. Also local paper competitions are a great source of comps and a very good chance of winning again because they tend to have few entries. If you have children enter them in the kids competitions as they often have great prizes including holidays. I entered my daughter in a teenage online competition when she was 12 and she won a family skiing holiday to Italy which was great fun. Never give up be selective and you will win. Good luck, Ill send some good vibes your way.

I have a question regarding this, does everyone accept the junk emails they offer you or not, and if not roughly how luckly have you been?

do people win mostly from off or on line comps?
  • I have been entering since early December , and after a couple of months your enthusiasm starts to wane, but remember a lot of the comps you are entering take a few weeks till they finish so there has to be a period before you can even hope to win. I have been doing 2-3 hours a week on online, I always tick no to marketing, I only do the ones from here... and now in the last few weeks I have started to have wins , and last week a biggie!(see below) Keep going, it will happen!

Nearly all my biggest wins have come from off line e/f comps.
Best off the web have usually required a t/b or caption to enter.

I've been comping for just over a month & have won twice (see below). I enter every possible competition i can- big or small and on average enter between 10 & 20 comps per day online. My moto is the more you enter the more your likely to win! :)
