Lunch ideas?

Of late, I've been good about finally keeping records of where my money leaches off to and my biggest problem is lunch!
When I'm at Uni, I have little trouble disposing of £25 a week (by contrast I spend about £20 on groceries weekly) on teas, coffees, bottled water, sarnies and cake and this is just not on.
More than happy to cook, but I don't always have access to a fridge or microwave, so I'm looking for any cool ideas for healthy, filling lunches that aren't just sandwiches.
Any help?

Pasta/rice salads (fine for a few hours out of a fridge or get a poundshop cooler bag if you are worried), wraps, rolls, veggie sticks with hm hummous, traybakes (anything you like that's biscuity/cakey - make, slice and freeze so you can have a variety - in morning remove, add icing if necessary and go!), refillable water bottle, flask of tea/coffee.
I have also known people to take their own herbal/fruit tea bags (so you don't need milk) and just ask for a mug/cup of boiling water in the cafe - seldom refuse but could make a small charge I guess.Trust me - I'm NOT a doctor!0 -
