Newbie re-mortgage Question

Hi All,
Hope someone can advise...
My (3 year) fixed rate term ends at the end of the month with Nationwide, and they have some acceptable deals (I think) if I continue with them, but I was considering switching to an Offset mortgage with Natwest (who I use for my banking).
What I don't understand is the transfer process. Do I have to pay the 'early repayment fee' with Nationwide to move away from them?
Would Natwest need to re-value my home?
Is it an easy thing to switch??
Thanks
Andy

Once your fixed term ends there should be no early repayment charges. Check paperwork to confirm.
NAtwest will carry out a valuation.
Process is applying for a new mortgage and paying any associated fees. Hopefully pretty straight forward.I am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a mortgage adviser, so you need to take my word for it. Thanks GMS, that sounds relatively painless.
I'll check on the terms...
Thanks again,
