Mortgage for shared ownership

Hi,
I was hoping someone would be able to help me. I am looking to buy 50% of a property in Scotland and I am looking for a mortgage.
So far I have found Santander will lend on shared ownership. Do you know of any other lenders who do shared ownership mortgages?
And do some lenders only do shared ownership mortgages through brokers?
