    They know they have got you worried and are playing on that fact.

    Ive told them that several times to no avail. they said that I can complain to ombudsmen but other than that they want their money.

    Haha they can try it! Im hoping the ombudsmen see sense and tell them where to go. I have said to them that the car other than those marks would be seen as excellent condition for a car of any age but they are adamant and they will not be changing their decision and i have had two more missed calls from the debt department. Oh well, letter faxed to them now. just got to wait for the form from the ombudsmen and hopefully the dealer can come up with the inspection report of when they received the car.
