September 2016 - Back into clearing a mortgage - Was due to be paid off in 32 years in March 2047 -
April 2018 down to 28.00 months vs 30.04 months at normal payment.
Predicted mortgage clearing 03/2047 - now looking at 02/2045
Aims: 1) To pay off mortgage within 20 years - 20370 -
Float is obviously the amount in the account,
Check is when I have double checked it's cleared my account
On the right hand side, I have "monthly" which are all my direct debits/Standing orders. Obviously it's made up figures else I'd be bust within no time.
But you just copy and paste them in every month and you have a skeleton of where your finances for the next month are going to be.
In Excel, all I have to do is change H3 and all the other dates under neath it change automatically with the =H3 + x where x is the date of money going out of the account.Feb 2012 - onwards MF achieved
