Complaint with TTI SPC

Im going to try and keep this as short as possible so forgive me for missing chunks out.

Post BR clean up

TTI SPC were sent the letter from this forum requesting they clean up my credit file
Equifax and experian cleaned up in the specified time.
Checked callcredit via Noddle and they have not cleaned.
Noddle raised another complaint with TTI SPC Via TDX group and another 28 days passed.
They have not replied at all.
I sent them an email givng them 48 hours to clean up my call credit and respond. Nothing.
I want to complain. Please help as i didnt quite understand the post on this forum (sorry - thicko in need of help)

ive calmed down and re-read the "post BR credit file clean up" and understand now.
I cant believe that reading the consequences for these people are zero.
If after weeks and weeks of letters and recorded deliveries and stress, if found in your favour they are only requested by an official body to sort out their sh*t.

Im fuming. Im just gonna ring TDX Group tomorrow
should anyone else want to ring these people or perhaps send them a turd in a box, please see below
