uncooked packaged couscous and bulgar wheat do they go bad

just wondering
as i have a packet of couscous dated Sept its a best before date not a sell buy date but being dried would it go off ?
and what about rice /Bulgar wheat how long would that last past a sell/best before date ?

I wouldn't have thought you would need to worry about them going off. I eat dried things way past the use by date and nothing has ever happened. Yet anyway!

No, they will be fine for another 10 years....seriously as long as it does not get damp or wet it will keep.
