JSA claim closed because of HRT problems.

I apologise, if my english is not very good. I am from Estonia and have been living in UK since April 2011. I was working for a 15 months, but left job because I had a back pain and other health problems which is unusual in my age. Also we had a quite big discrimination there. Everyone got permanent contracts, only single mothers was left out(I have a 7 years old son). But here is my problem with JSA:
On 5/09 I started the claim for Job Seeker's Allowance.
On 12/09 I went to sign for the first time.
Next 3 weeks I've been calling them to the Depatment of the Works and Pensions to find out how far is my claim.
On 3/10 I did the Habitual Residency Test(just to check, do I actually live here and planning to stay here), which I wasn't mentioned about before. Not a word.
On 17/10 I brought a new paper from my son's school to Jobcentre, because the previous had a wrong date on it. It was promised that it will be sent to DWP the same day, which I believe it did.
Last week I was calling them every day to find out, how far is it and was only answered that yes, we are dealing with it.
Today(exactly 9 weeks since start of my claim) in the morning they called me and said that they have all the papers and that they will call me about my payments this afternoon.
Today at 14:30 at Jobcentre the lady who was instead of my advisor(she was sending out my paper last time I was there) is telling me that she don't understand, what is going on and asking for help from her manager. Manager is calling to DWP, to the guy who called me earlier, and coming back saying that the guy said he is gonna close my claim, because he haven't received my HRT papers.
I will start a new job on 12/11(date is not confirmed) and my income is less than 60 pounds a week. I don't receive any Child Benefit because of this HRT thing and I can't get crisis loan for the same reason.
Tomorrow having a new HRT again and a new claim with backdating. I think its gonna take 4 weeks more to actually get any money. And also Housing Benefit claim, HRT is gonna affect it too.
I actually don't know what to do... I have been at Citizen Advice Bureau, but they can do only as much as I can do - call them. And calling is obviously not working.
By now I owe money to loads of people, my phone is switched off because I couldn't pay them, I have about 13 pounds in cash, food and electricity until the end of the week. My rent is late over 2 weeks. As said above I can't get a crisis loan and Housing Benefit is under big questionmark because of HRT.
So can anyone help me with this? What to do?

I find it very impressive that as a non national your English is good enough to use contractions and colloquial language - gonna, don't and so on.
Can't really advise on the issue though.Almost everything will work again if you unplug it for a few minutes, including you. Anne Lamott
It's amazing how those with a can-do attitude and willingness to 'pitch in and work' get all the luck, isn't it?
Please consider buying some pet food and giving it to your local food bank collection or animal charity. Animals aren't to blame for the cost of living crisis.0 -
Contact your MP. MPs (or rather their secretaries) have special telephone numbers to contact people like the DWP, find out what is happening and resolve problems. You might also want to make a complaint to the Parliamentary Ombudsman (you do this through your MP).0
