Current Options for 90% LTV on New Build?

Hello Everyone,
we have recently agreed a deal on a new build and are now looking at Mortgage options.
From my reading so far it appears that only Santander and possibly HSBC will entertain 90% mortgages on New Builds. Are there any other likely options around right now? I checked Halifax and Nationwide, but their max is 85%.
Agreed Price: 125K
Mortgage required: 110K
Combined Income: 60K (52K main earner and 8K second earner)
No adverse Credit and clean credit files
Main Earner has been with same company for more then 10 years
Thanks,
dsab
P.S. We have an appointment with a Mortgage Broker on later this week, but want to check in advance what's available.

HSBC only deals directly with the customer, so no broker case if choosing HSBC.
Keeping in mind they are very picky and are slower due to the amount of application they are getting because of the low rates.
Having said that your income and mortgage ratio is very healthy, so should be able to secure a mortgage easily.0 -
Just had a closer look, and HSBC will only go up to 85% for New Built, so that leaves us with RBS & Santander right now. Good to know, at least who to rule out straight away.0
