I really dont know why you are going down this route when a phonecall would fix it.
If you must have a paper trail then send them a signed for letter with a copy of the plan and advising them that you will be paying as per the agreed plan, if you wish raise it as a complaint and advise you require a response.
Do not adopt your "pay for your debts when you want" to a PDL (well to any creditor but especially one that will hammer you with charges).0 -
Total credit charged for a £300 loan over six months is £360. I wonder if there's been some confusion caused by your emails

Just so you know, I didnt even get round to emailing them about that, I wasnt certain I was even right for starts (I wasnt right).
No contact at all with them until I noticed new plan...
