If you are already an o2 pay as you go customer they will do an upgrade for you and deduct some money off a new handset depending on how much you have been topping up.
This can be done at o2 shops and phones4u shops.0 -
thanks Brinky, i already have a phone, this one is for my daughter for christmas. i tried to upgrade my one but discovered i don't top up enough these days, my old one, i got the full £100...it was a BTcellnet
