Self empoyed, joint mortgage with my 70yr old dad

I am looking to remortgage. Currently with Darlington who are offering a discounted rate of 2.31% off the SVR 5.95% tied in until 31.1.2017. Interest only and I have no repayment vehicle.
I am self employed on £10,000 per year so have a joint mortage with my dad who is now 70. (got divorced 2 years ago so no other option)
Anyone any ideas who else would lend to me. I've checked loads and either I have to have a repayment ending in 5 years or my dad is too old.
