Transfer my house into a business

Hi,
I am after some advice regarding my mortgaged house that I currently rent out. I have been renting my house out for 12 months now. It takes more rent than the mortgage. I am keen to start a ltd company and transfer the house into the business. But I am struggling to find any information as to the best way to do this.
