Marinade for veggie kebabs

I'm making some veggie kebabs for a weekend BBQ and I'd like to add a marinade to make them a bit more interesting. From memory, I already have these to use:
olive oil
garlic
rosemary herbs
mixed herb
Balsamic vinegar
red wine
could I make something from these? I don't mind if I have to buy something else but in all honesty, it probably wont get used again.

All the ingredients you have would be lovely, just add salt and pepper.
Smoked Paprika (little red tin) is a lovely addition to any marinade, don't use too much as it's quite powerful.
I'm also very fond of satay marinade and sauce and there's loads of recipes for both online - satay sauce at it's most basic is finely chopped onion, fried to soft, peanut butter/soy sauce/water/brown sugar/lime or lemon juice/chilli to taste.0 -
Your garlic, olive oil and rosemary will work well and then as a second Balsamic vinegar and mixed herbs. Chilli also works well, only a dash though for veggie kebabs.CC2 = £8687.86 ([STRIKE]£10000[/STRIKE] )CC1 = £0 ([STRIKE]£9983[/STRIKE] ); Reusing shopping bags savings =£5.80 vs spent £1.05.Wine is like opera. You can enjoy it even if you don't understand it and too much can give you a headache the next day J0
