Just wanted to update for those who remember.

I was having issues with my University's parking policy and I received some great advice and support on here with regards to how to address the problem. I am happy to report that the policy for disabled students is now being rewritten :)

:beer: Big thank you to everyone who contributed (particularly Coupon). Another Equality Act breach bites the dust!

    Brilliant stuff :) and I do remember the thread and your situation.
    Excel Parking, MET Parking, Combined Parking Solutions, VP Parking Solutions, ANPR PC Ltd, & Roxburghe Debt Collectors. What do they all have in common?
    They are all or have been suspended from accessing the DVLA database for gross misconduct!
    Do you really need to ask what kind of people run parking companies?
