defo pizza and wedges as I've frozen these, but never frozen a jacket potato - cant see why not?
  • Hi there,
i am by no means an expert on frozen things but my theory is if you can buy it frozen i can freeze it homemade.

i have frozen baked potatoes, potato wedges, and roast potatoes before now. all of which i defrosted before warming to prevent over cooking.

i havent frozen homemade pizza yet, but since you can buy and cook from frozen uncooked pizza (if you know what i mean) then i dont see why not.

    HTH :)

Wedges for definate. I tend to peel and chop into shape, boil for ~5 mins, drain, drizzle over oil and add seasoning, then freeze in individual portions. I keep meaning to (but lacking the freezer space at the mo) open-freeze on trays so I can bag them up and grab as many as I need rather than be limited to 1 tubs worth. I did the open-freeze method with HM french fries recently and it works better for portioning.
