i have lots of chicken breasts in the freezer and running out of ideas
we have 4 grown up children so i need them easy and as cheap as possible

Fajitas
Tarragon chicken
Chicken kievs
Cheese stuffed and wrapped in bacon
Dip breast in yoghurt and coat on breadcrumbs and parmajan
Spanish chicken
Chicken pie
Chicken casserole
Chicken salads
Chicken burgers

hi i do chicken breasts, split them open and fill with cream cheese of your choice and wrap a rasher or 2 of bacon around to seal it, cook in over for 40 mins.
you could make chicken stir fry. chicken and sweet corn pasta bake.chicken curry,another fave is honey mustard chicken, mix honey and mustard together to make a paste , cut chicken into pieces,put in bowl with the honey mix , coat evenly then cook in pan till fully cooked. hope these help you x

I hate chicken breast , most of it is tasteless and dry unless pumped full of additives and water.

Try Chicken Thighs ! Tastier, moister and work well with all recipes that call for breast meat !
