PLEASE AVOID THIS BUSINESS FOR CASH TRADE INS.  I sent games to them in mid-June (the sale order for which has been processed), but I'm still awaiting payment.  The limited email communication I've received from them seems to suggest that they are in financial difficulty, yet they are still accepting cash trade ins.

Other customers are in a similar situation - take a look at the reviews on Trustpilot.  These echo non-payment, with reports having been made to Trading Standards and some individuals taking legal action.  I only wish I'd seen these reviews before sending in the games.  MSE appear to "recommend" the site (see the home page of GameXchange):  I have notified them of the ongoing issues in the hope that they might bring their weight to bear on the issue!
