I can't even find one as cheap as £50 when I include the delivery costs.

Tesco have a mini scooter suitable for a 3 year old for £30 click and collect. It's a different brand though.

It says suitable from 3 years - and Moshi Monsters seem to be quite popular just now! And if you've got vouchers, it looks like you should be able to double up from 1st November.
