Hi ive gone through my cupboards, and have all the followinf baking stuff. any idea what i can make with these, i want things to use for lunch boxes and snacks. thankyou 
self raising flour 1.5kg
plain flour 1.5kg
500g icing sugar
300g royal icing
desicated coconut
300g granulated sugar
200g light brown sugar
375g pitted dates
100g ground almonds
tin rhubarb in syrup
lemon juice
cocoa powder
carnation caramel x 2 tins
golden syrup
carnation milk
bicarb soda
baking powder
jam
lemon and pepermint flavouring
honey
milk choc icing
easy bake yeast
any ideas will be most gratefull.
also got cinamon,ginger powder,nut meg,mixed spice

i can see on your list, chocolate cake,millionaires shortbread, banofee, a light christmas cake using spices and dates,buns, jam sponge with coconut on top like school dinners,peppermint sweets,the list is endless !! putting me in the mood for taking my kitchen by storm tonight, also see carrot cake golden syrup pudding, lots of calories lol enjoy baking xxxC.R.A.P.R.O.L.L.Z #7 member N.I splinter-group co-ordinater

Well off the top of my head I can see:
Coconut tarts (Google Mirror Coconut Tarts)
Rhubarb Sponge or Rhubarb muffins
Banoffee Cupcakes (recipe on the Carnation website)
Stuffed dates (split the dates and stuff with Marzipan - great as a cheap Christmas pressie)
Honey Bread

Basically you have a lot of tray bakes there so a quick search on the web for tray bake recipes should see you right
Could also bag up some mixed ingredients eg crumble topping or cookie dough and freeze so you don't end up with everything at onceYou never know how far-reaching something good, that you may do or say today, may affect the lives of others tomorrow0 -
