Hi
I am posting this for a friend who needs urgent help!
My friend split from her husband 7 months ago which they have one child from their relationship. Her husband moved from the marital home which the mortgage is in his name, the husband is currently in the army and my friend is a nurse.
Since the split the husband has paid 3 lots of child maintanence in 7 months. Also this week she has found out that he has not paid the mortgage since they split. He now has a date at court for repossession 05/11/2012.
My friend now potentially will be homeless due to her huband not paying the mortgage.
She would like any advice possible to try and halt this or to find out where she stands.
She has attempted to contact the mortgage company but they are set on taking it to court now.
Please help! Any advice welcome.
