advice needed please

hi, i need a little advice about a win please. in august i won an xbox game, which is only due to be released mid november. they were telling me its pre ordered and i will have it once its out.

this morning i had an email reading

"You may have seen the post on the Facebook page saying that we are closing the doors. This is due to an outside company getting involve din the business.
With this we are unable to get the item for the competition. We hope you understand the situation and we are very sorry for any let down caused."

the business is still open, should they be compensating me with something of similar value as long as they are still around?

it was a facebook competition, so there are no proper t&cs.

any advice?

If the company is closing its doors I am guessing you may be out of luck, however you can always contact the IPM for clarification.
