Yes but only certain accounts are allowed to use the code

OP - polite little reminder - as a newbie you might not know, but codes should be put on the codes board; they're not allowed here.

This has been in the codes section since this morning. I do know that it's not account specific, and you don't need to download the app. I did receive the e-mail though, so it may be specific to people who received this.

Its account specific because the email is sent to the address registered to your account, sadly although I have an account, they sent me no email so no discount!

I think I should have put the code is generic, in that case. It's the same code sent out to everyone; mine was the same as my friend's, and the one the OP posted on the discount codes board.

In the T/C it states - you have received this e-mail because you have set your notifications to receiving special offers. Perhaps if you change your notifications, at least if you can't get this one, you'll be able to get others. The offer's on until 12th Nov so they might send you an email if you change the preferences. It's definitely not linked to downloading the app, because I didn't.

Even if it works ebay might not allow it they did it a while ago with me allowed £5 off and them charged me full price next day
