Should I over pay my mortgage or invest the difference in ISAs and other high interest accounts?
Then in 15 or so years use the savings to move up the property ladder.
The alternative is pay off as much as possible as early as possible then remortgage to the value to the house I would like to live in when I retire from the Army.
I currently rent out a property that si consistently occupied market value 150K would like to live in a 250K in North yorks by 2021.
I have a 30K endowment and a pension lump sum of 110K payable at 55
Then in 15 or so years use the savings to move up the property ladder.
