Tips for preparing for the advents:

    1) Get a divorce now. It'll save time later
    2) Tell your ex that he'll have to have the kids/dogs/gerbils over December because you'll be 'busy'.
    3) Stock up on ready meals
    4) Stock up on alcohol
    5) Make your diary 'advent comp' ready. I use a big black marker pen and just cross out the whole month.
    6) Oh yeah, and you need to decide whether to resign from work now, or wait until you are fired for too many times doing: 'I will do it boss, but just give me ten mins to check on my dailies first'.

I say be prepared to be overwhelmed, don't expect to win and only bookmark/subscribe to ones you really want to win because time goes by fast during a comping Christmas! :)

Yes - get all you Xmas shopping done before 1st december as you won't have time during the Advents - also get your tree up and decorations too! Plenty of alcohol and pro-plus tablets or tooth picks for your eyes! Don't bother with Xmas parties either as your bags under your eyes and your stressed forehead won't look good anyway!

Oh and get some pain killers as you may suffer from Vibration-induced white finger by the time Christmas arrives (from all the typing!)

Oh and no sex - you'll not have time so if you are a lady get one of those little vibrators you can just sit whilst on at your computer (or just sit on hubbies knee lol - just thought of that!) and if you are a man - just tie a knot! LOL!
