Thanks Lakshmi7 - I received a Mike the Knight DVD through from your post below:

It would have gone away for christmas but my niece happened to be there when it came through the post - so has been claimed already. She loves Mike the Knight, although seemed must more interested in the height chart that came with it than the DVD.
