I won this a few months back and they were a nightmare! First of all I had to print out a sheet they emailed me - which I had to sign and then fax it back to them along with a photocopy of my passport. When they received this, I was told my cheque would be sent straight out.

...After a few weeks and no cheque, I emailed them and was told my cheque was just being processed and was about to be sent.....another 2 weeks passed and still no cheque so I emailed them again and this time I was told that my cheque had been sent 3 weeks previous and had been cashed by someone using my name! I wasn't happy as I knew I had not received it but I also realised that this same woman had told me just two weeks previous that my cheque was being processed and now she was saying that 3 weeks ago it had be delivered and cashed!???? This didn't add up. So I threatened to report them because I had sent them had a copy of my passport, signature and address!!! ...... Then guess what - the same lady emailed again and told me she had been mistaken as my cheque had not been cashed by someone else, but must have just gotton lost!!!! This only came after I threatened her though!

Anyway to cut a long story short - almost three months later I received my cheque but only after threatening them. I'm not so sure that they are always so geniune. I am not keen on sending my passport etc to companies like loan companies. There was a point I thought my identity had been stolen when I was told about my cheque had being cashed! I even told them that they should be able to trace where and when the cheque was cashed so CCTV could be checked but they kept making excuses that they could not do this - but then of course they denied this ever happened! I unliked the page. It is up to you if you want to risk dealing with them! I personally wouldn't trust them!

Looking at their wall, there has been a few winners who has been asking where their cheques are and many negative comments about their loans!

Bluebell, many thanks for the feedback as it seem to me it is based in USA/Canada rather than UK (I maybe wrong as have no time to check their T&C)
