Thanks for this, just signed up to Screwfix and about to make my first order but confused where to put this code. Found a box that states "special order code".
Is that the one, but when I enter the code the price is not updated by -10% and the next action is to submit which places the order. What am I doing wrong?

Anyway, you are doing it right.

I've used these loads of times. It doesn't show the discount online, but it is discounted when you get your order.:beer:

Thanks to mogadon's instructions I went ahead and ordered yesterday, with some trepidation as the discount was never taken off even on the confirmation email.
Item just been delivered and the discount has been taken off, whoopee.
