Hello, i was just wondering if anyone has used https://www.tribaluk.com before? We are looking at purchasing a washing machine and found the one we want on this site but aren't sure how good they are. Has anyone experienced this site before? Would like to hear your views and experiences.

speaking from personal experience...
I have purchased from them only once before (Condenser Dryer) and had no problems whatsoever.
Price was cheapest by a margin, delivery and service all were good too.
Obviously they tried to flog some massively overpriced warranty extension retrospectively but funnily enough I declined

Hope this helps - but cannot stress enough that this is one purchase only

bought a hotpoint cooker hob that was a misprice about £100 cheaper than the next place, it was delivered quickly and they honoured the price no fuss

I got a tumble dryer and freezer from them - took ages to be delivered but was a lot cheaper than elesewhere. Just don't order if you are in a hurry - said delivery was 5-10 days when I ordered (did they mean 5-10 months?)

Hi- thank you for your replies and opinions.... we've decided to go elsewhere, as its a lot of money and i cant really take the risk of waiting ages for the item to turn up. I've found a good deal on the sainsburys website, which suprised me-but we'll get some nectar points too which is an added bonus!
