Principality Building Society

Hi all

Just wondered if anyone had experience with principality building society for their mortgage?

We are in the process of moving house & porting our mortgage. We are also taking a small top up of £15k

The application was done on the phone last Monday & paperwork all completed & sent back recorded yesterday (inc bank statement, 3 months payslips)

I personally could only give 1 months payslip & had to get a letter from my employer stating my salary etc & the date I returned from maternity leave.

The valuation has been booked for Tuesday.

Can anyone say roughly how quickly they may turn our offer around???

I know how long is a piece of string....

    My own mortgage is with them, i took it out about a month ago.

    I would say this time next week you will probably have your offer (or decline). Theyre pretty good i found.
