Could you clarify 'step by step'. Do you meen a stepped tracker ? And if so why do you want a stepped deal ?
If your mortgage adviser had sent off an app then surely the lender you are applying to is prepared to give you what you want ?0 -
just want to no what happens next? e,g
1) mortgage ap with cheque
2) mortgage comp says yes or no
