Hourly paid workers, when clocks go back

Do hourly paid employees working this evening get an extra hour of pay ?
Also, for those working hourly when the clocks go forward are they paid an hour less ?
Of course if they worked on both Saturdays when the changes take place it would balance out, but Sodds law, or Murphy would mean this wouldn't be the case.

When I ever worked hourly paid on a Sat night at clock change time, I either got or lost the hour depending on which way it went but when I was salaried, there was no change either way.0
