Where to I stand?

I owe money to Nat West who have instructed Westcot to collect. The problem I have is all correspondance clearly marked to be opened by addresse only.

They are addressing everything to David which is not my name. I have told them countless times but they wont listen.

Well if its correctly addressed to your home address - you can open it (many will say this isnt legal but it is if correctly posted through the address on the envelope). If your issue is the wrong name, I'd be tempted to tell them you will start paying once you can be sure the account is in your name.

Have you told the BANK that the name letters have been sent to you is wrong or Wescot? The bank may have made the original error?

Can we help with the debts.
