My gf has a disciplinary hearing tomorrow at work but can't find her handbook.. she hasn't had an verbal or written warnings and thinks it is all a bit strange..
does anyone work at travel inn and able to check their handbook for procedures on disciplinaries..
only problem is i'm only going to be online for another 17 mins.. so any help much appreciated..
if you can offer anything afterwards, still please post as i'll try and get someone else to check later..
thanks all..

whats the disciplinary for? Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.
Theres no dollar sign on piece of mind
This Ive come to know...
So if you agree have a drink with me, raise your glasses for a toast :beer:0 -
Was she told that she had the right to be accompanied?
If she's been called to a disciplinary meeting then they need to say what it is about - not just "turn up for a disciplinary".
If they are embarking on a disciplinary process, the first meeting could be to issue an oral warning as the first stage. But if they haven't said what the meeting is about, they can't be following procedures properly.0
