How long will Sweetcorn relish last?

I've been thinking about making my first ever home made relishes/ savoury jams/ chutneys, but i'm unsure of how long they will last in sterilised jars?
Today i'm hoping to make some Sweetcorn & Chilli Relish, but i need it to be okay to be opened around Xmas time (2 months)
Will it be okay to make now?

i make sweetcorn relish every year
one of those things i made one year in a hamper, and its a favourite now and i do it every year
you are lagging behind a bit, mine has been maturing for about 3 weeks now
it will be fine making it now, but i wouldnt leave it much longer, it does need 8 weeks + to mature0 -

I had a feeling i may have been, but was worried as one of the recipes said 'store for 3 weeks' so was a little bit too cautious.
Can i ask which recipe you use?Save, save, save, save.0 -
Mine sometimes last a year, depends on how many I make & how many 'friends' I have at the time
