I'd suggest tweeting all 6 in one go starting with "@vuecinemas #VueScream". If you search for the #VueScream hashtag you'll see a few people have already started submitting entries.

I'm fairly new to twitter myself. You can only Direct Message someone if they're also following you, so you would send it by composing a tweet beginning with @vuecinemas. According to the twitter help, other people will only see it if they follow both you and the recipient.

I don't think it makes a difference whether you do it there or just use the regular "Compose new Tweet". It's simply a tweet that begins @vuecinemas.
