Hi,

I'm off pumpkin carving this afternoon with a bunch of people and have been promised all the inner bits to make yummy things with.

So - any good pumpkin recipes to share??

My mate made a delish pumpkin pie last week.
Griddle the pumpkin flesh. Layer onto puff pastry with fried onions,fresh sage and sliced mild cheese. Put puff pastry over the top and bake. Yummy.
Have had the sweet pumpkin pie and it's vile.

i like roasting the seeds til just getting golden, sprinkling on salt and then nom nom nom!

Agree with Mrs Boo Boo sweet pumpkin pie is vile, Roasted pumpkin risotto is delish, also soup, roasted and pureed is nice as a shepherds pie topping.
