I'm off pumpkin carving this afternoon with a bunch of people and have been promised all the inner bits to make yummy things with.
So - any good pumpkin recipes to share??

My mate made a delish pumpkin pie last week.
Griddle the pumpkin flesh. Layer onto puff pastry with fried onions,fresh sage and sliced mild cheese. Put puff pastry over the top and bake. Yummy.

Agree with Mrs Boo Boo sweet pumpkin pie is vile, Roasted pumpkin risotto is delish, also soup, roasted and pureed is nice as a shepherds pie topping.Love many, trust few, learn to paddle your own canoe.
