Using up jam

I use jam in porridge, add to natural yogurt, make a tray bake of a basic sponge cake, while it is still warm heat a couple of spoons of jam up with a drop of water and pour over the sponge then sprinkle with coconut, this is a favourite in our house and can be served warm for pudding with custard or cut into squares and have cold.1 Sealed Pot Challenge # 1480
