Was anyone else this confused?

I have just received my pack from Payplan, and boy am i confused!!

There is so much stuff to go through, and so much paperwork to find, i don't know where to start, and a lot of the figures that where given over the phone are incorrect.

Has anyone else had this same problem with their Payplan packs, and if so, how did you get through it without crying?

hey, take a deep breath first of all. just give payplan a call - they can change all the figures over the phone. it may seem like a lot of hassle but it will be worth it - i'm talking from experience.

Hi,

We have just had our pack and sent it off.We had to do changes on ours too.You have a column next to the amounts where you can make amend the mounts on it.
Payplan rang us the next day as arranged and hubby explained and they said that was fine.hope this helps.
