Chocolate wrapper template

Hi everyone 
I am doing a One Direction themed party for my DD2 in 2 weeks and I am doing it as cheap as possible. I wasnt to make my own wrappers for chocolate bars - picture of 1D on front and a thank you message on the back.
2 1/2 years ago I did a Ben 10 themed one for my DS3 and made my own chocolate wrappers for Nestle Animal bars. Someone from this board emailed me the template but I have just gone through my email files and it is gone :eek::eek:
I have had a quick google but not found something I can do in Word, can anyone on here help?
