I buy the Galpharm ones that Wilko's and places like Home and Bargain sell for me and my sister. They are exactly the same chemically as Zirtek (my sister is a drug safety officer and I am a Biochemist so we wouldn't just take anything). They are 89p for a box of 7 and they work just as well as branded ones.
They have the same ones on this site but they are more expensive http://www.expresschemist.co.uk/category_2219_tablets.html the box of 30 for 4.99 seems like good value. I think Lidl sell them too0 -
Not sure about online but have seen 'own brand' ones in Tesco, Boots and Asda this week for about a quid for Seven - which i think is pretty good. The other thing it is worth considering is getting them on prescription. My Dr. used to prescribe me three months at a time for a one off prescription charge. Working out at about 60p a week.I'm so boring, my clothes wanna keep someone else warm, someone cooler0

I bought mine from here last year - the prices were even cheaper so check back in a few weeks

I used to use clarityn!!! its so expensive but I now use galpharms loratadine which is only about 79p or 89p per week. I buy mine in lidl but asda have some of their own too which will problably cheaper than on the net.
I find it also controls my eczema too, as well as my hayfever.

I dont suffer myself: but i heard on a tv program last year if you buy local Honey from where you live,It obviously was made from the bees around the area and with the nector/pollon in the honey,Acts like an antidote.check it up on Google you may find reports on if its fact or myth0

Tried that one.... apparently it might have to be "very" local to where you live. I tried it for the nearest place was about 10 miles away and ate it every day for a year and unfortunately it had no effect at all. Someone commented that it might not be local enough!!
Might work for someone else though
